Adaptive yoga embraces and respects the different possibilities of movement, communication and thought, and this makes it a creative style, which uses props (chairs, blocks, elastic bands, walls, mats..etc) to support and share the practice with others.
Every technique (asana &posture, breathing & singing, mudra & mandala, sharing & meditation) is analyzed for its maximum benefits, simplifying the physical execution and imagining those movements which are not able to be performed. Sounds, words, touch and vibrations help those who are visually and auditory challenged. This practice goes to the heart of our essence and who we are.
