KIND AWARNESS AND ATTENTION

The natural capacity of the mind to be present, in an intentional way, with a kind and non-judgmental attitude, knowing what is happening in each moment, while it is happening and without preferences. This practice enlarges your mind, creating space and possibilities to choose between the input we receive and the answers that we give.

During mindfulness workshops, we can experience together the knowledge of our mind’s reactions, how to calm it down, making it more focused on the present, less involved with the constant current of thoughts, and able to rest without doing or adding anything.
At the end of the session we feel pervaded by the heart ‘s opening, transparency and lightness of the mind, clarity of outlook and action towards ourselves and evetithing that surrounds us.
