What is my space, inside and outside my physical body, and how do I relate to it? How do I use my weight and release it? How do I feel, in stillness and in movement?
In Postural Yoga as in Postural gym, we can find exercises which progressively improve self perception, posture sense, articulation mobility, as well as strengthening and stabilizing your mussels and bones.
In this way the body becomes more aligned and present, accompanying us all day long, making our movement natural and safe and our mind clear and alert. Every session ends with a brief guided relaxation.
